Elementary Band & Orchestra Programs

Ms. Smith is a violinist and teacher from Sedalia, Colorado. She has degrees in Music Performance from the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music and from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. She is an alumna of the Eastern Music Festival, the Colorado College Music Festival, and the National Repertory Orchestra.

Ms. Smith started taking violin lessons as a young child and was inspired to keep playing when she joined the Colorado Youth Symphony and experienced the thrill of making music in a full symphony orchestra for the first time. Ms. Smith enjoys helping students grow in their ability to create music and share it with others.
