Program Fees

The program fee is $54 per month, payable at the first of each month, beginning with September and continuing through May the following year.

A $28 registration fee is due upon registration.

Registration and online billing will be powered by Active Educate.
Reduced Program Fee Scholarship
Program Fee Scholarship: We offer a reduced program fee of $31 per month ($28 registration fee applies) for students eligible for free or reduced lunch.

To qualify for this scholarship, a copy of the lunch letter is required. Once you upload your child's lunch letter via the scholarship link, we will provide you with a coupon code to lower the program fee to $31 per month.*
In typical year, we primarily provide the "Reduced Program Fee" and "Free or Reduced Use of Instrument" scholarships. However, we occasionally have additional scholarship funds available and may be able to offer further assistance to families in need.
*Please be aware that the registration software requires a larger deposit upfront, which will be distributed over the remaining balance for the school year.
Free Use of Instrument Scholarship:

We own several instruments that can be loaned to a participating student at no charge. This would help reduce monthly costs since students would pay for instruction but would not have to pay for instrument rental.

Reduced Instrument Rental Fee Scholarship:

Each school may own one or two instruments that can be loaned out for $50 each semester (Fall and Spring). This would help reduce costs—students would pay for instruction and the $50 fee per semester, compared to renting an instrument for between $20 and $100 per month while also paying tuition.
